WOW! We are beyond pleased with our new Ferla bike! Our Royce Mid-Drive just arrived last week (within 2 weeks of ordering!) and I clocked 10 miles within the first 24 hours-- it's just so much fun to ride! The quality is exceptional, the pedal assist is amazing (I can EASILY ride while carrying all FOUR of our kids!). We had the toddler seat installed and it is so soft and comfortable for our 15 month old-- she keeps begging to go for a ride. It is sturdy, easy to ride, easy to charge, comfortable for the kids and such a wonderful way to reduce time in the car. As city dwellers who already walk or ride most places, our Ferla bike has opened up an even wider area for us to reach without a car. We will be riding it all year long (or as much as Chicago's winter will allow). Just expect lots of requests for rides at school pick-up! Our Ferla family cargo bike has brought us great joy. We use our fer-la-la (as we affectionately refer to it) for recreational purposes so we don’t use it daily. We feel so privileged to be able to own one and we have created so many fond memories with it. We try to ride through our town’s annual DooDah parade every year and our ferla bike is awesome for this event! I’ve been riding our ferla bike for 3 years and I’ve never had any mechanical or technical issues with it beside a flat tire here and there which speaks more to my tendency to go off-roading than it does to the quality or craftsmanship of the bike. Bought the Ferla Lagom a month ago, we live in a hilly area & so far it seems to handle my 3 littles & the terrain without a problem. We purchased the Royce bike in April and have been using it nearly every day since! Our inspiration was finding a solution for our daughter who has some special needs and is getting too big for a traditional infant/toddler bike seat but LOVES being outside and going on bike rides! We have two kids under 4 and live in a beach community where we spend a lot of time outdoors and retail/activities are all within miles. We wanted a bike option that I felt comfortable taking both kids out in by myself. We love that our kids are safely strapped in and in front versus in the rear so they are within my view as I'm biking. It is very easy to get them in and out with the bike being a tricycle and also being able to easily lock the wheels in place- something that is not the case with many other bike options. Also, because of our older daughter's physical challenges, Ferla provided us with a side-door option that allows us to try to work with our daughter on stepping up to the cargo area, which would not be possible without the door (we are very grateful they gave that to us!). If your child is smaller and you find the straps falling off their shoulders, we've found it works well to just attach it around their hip area. We love that we can cart two kids around and all of our stuff for the beach or groceries, etc. We attached a $10 black milk crate from Home Depot to the back for additional storage because we just don't travel light! I'm sure there are fancier options out there but it's been working well and isn't a big eye sore. One upgrade we did was change out the seat for a more cushiony beach cruiser seat. The bike is very easy to learn, really fun to drive, and our kids run right up to it every single time we open the garage. They both love it! Even fully weighed down, the pedal assist makes riding a breeze. It has become our daily activity and has made errands and outings so much fun. I can even fit in it with them while my husband drives if we all want to be a family (although, I feel a little crimped if I ride for too long with both kids :)). We would definitely recommend the Bimini top if you live in a hot and sunny area (it is a must for us in Florida) as well as the memory foam cushions. We also have the lockable storage compartment and appreciate that for valuable items or items we always want to keep on the bike for our kids every time we ride. My husband and I were also SO impressed with the customer service experience. He initially contacted customer service to ask a bunch of questions and get input as to what bike would be best for us given where we live and what we were looking for. Iness was very patient and knowledgeable, answering every single question, and walking us through the options and benefits of the various bikes, ultimately helping us land on this Royce bike, and we couldn't be happier. We opted for the pre-assembly, and we are very happy we did. It shipped very fast (with frequent updates on production and shipping timing), and we literally just unboxed it and immediately took it for a drive. It is rare to experience this level of customer service and want to give a big shout out to Iness! Bought our family bike in Dec of 2021 (Royce model) and are still thrilled to own it 300 miles later! Living in SoCal weather gives us so many opportunities to bike and make memories! People everywhere will be turning their heads and walking up to you to say hi and ask about the bike. Our two kiddos (one of which is special needs) love it as well. Highly recommend this bike and company that cares so much about families and those with special needs. Some items to consider: -Purchase a spokes gage (size 11) in case you're a heavier person (like me). You might need to tighten the spokes on the rear tire to keep them from squeaking. I adjusted mine and have no issues since. -Add a basket to the rear for even more storage! That's where I keep my water bottle and sweater in case it gets chilly. -Install a cell phone holder for on your steering wheel so you can have google maps give you directions in case you find yourself in an area you're unfamiliar with. I pair mine up with a small bluetooth speaker mounted on the bike and have both directions and music for the kiddos when on the road. All of the aforementioned options are very cheap and make the ride even more amazing and enjoyable!. Take the leap with Ferla! Less

I have used the Ferla fam bike for more than 3 months. I can't lie, I was very hesitant in purchasing it online. The showroom is located in California. Since we are in Orlando, all we could do is ask a billion questions, spam their customer service line, and trust the company to make all the given ‘promises’.. Though it was a pretty big purchase and we couldn't find too many reviews, we decided to take a risk anyway.. I am a father of 3, and we were all pretty sick of purchasing different seats for old-fashioned heavy bicycles, roller skates and everything similar to that, with the only aim - spent time outdoors as a family. And then our cargo bike arrived! Everything was just perfect, we were riding it all day long, the kids were so happy, enjoying the bike so much so the motor died! At this moment I thought “great job! All your fears came true...”, however, I decided to contact Ferla Bikes directly and tried to look at what can we do with this problem. Forgot to mention, customer service is doing a great job! As I said, I contacted Ferla Bikes, provided the rep with all the details regarding my problem, and boom - they have shipped me a new motor absolutely FOR FREE! My sister purchased a bike for my daughter as a gift for her birthday. Before that, I’ve never seen anything even closely similar to this product! At first, I was a little scared to run the bike with my kid inside, however, it appeared to be really safe and the bike itself is really solid and strong (checked on my own experience lol). You need to try very hard to fall from the bike, but we were the ones. Surprisingly, we ended up having little scratches on the cargo bike, which is nothing, acknowledging the fact that I & my kids are safe. This was totally my mistake, again, the bike is really easy to drive if you have an idea of how to drive on the bicycle, this one is even more stable though. Just a tip for everyone who purchased it: do not rely on the pedal assist, like on Tesla, DO NOT USE YOUR PHONE AND DRIVE ON THE HIGHEST SPEED. Funny, but still a fact... Also, always make your kid wear a helmet (important!) and do not neglect to wear seatbelts, they are strong and extremely safe!!! Nevertheless, I really like the bike, we use it every day, making our neighbors and everyone around jealous :) Less

Ferla took time to share the story and explaining different options for us. They advised a Royce Edition Bike with a Side Door Access which is the be best for us. I didn’t want to do heavy lifting several times a day. Lol;) They did not push us to buy or up-sell the bike. We had tight deadlines as we sold the car to buy the bike. I do care about a healthy lifestyle and sport for me and my family and due to all this pandemic, I was searching for new ways to spend time together outside breathing fresh air. First I saw a front-loaded cargo bike ad on Facebook, and I liked the idea of it. “I can ride, train, and see and talk to my kids at the same time”, I thought. I did the research - and I liked the wood curved design of Ferla bikes. It looks so eco-friendly! As I couldn't find many reviews, I was carefully looking through all the specs that Ferla Bikes has by myself and I was so impressed because compared to many other companies, they sell the bike that is fully loaded on specs. Now that I’ve received a bike I can say for sure that it's a really high-quality bike that is completely safe for my kids. And it’s really easy to ride it even with all the kids loaded - especially with the pedal-assist!!! By the way, the manager provided some information regarding the Samsung battery that the bike has, according to the Ferla Bikes website the bike can run up to 45 miles on a single charge. We thought it was almost impossible, however, it is! Checked by our family! Moreover, compared to other options of cargo bikes that use mechanical brakes that are extremely inconvenient with a full load, Ferla has hydraulic brakes, which make your bike stop faster even with a full load. Lastly, an active steering system helps me to lean on corners, extremely convenient for tiny mums like me. Great bike, very spacious and stylish! Besides regular riding, we also started making our groceries using the bike. Thus, it became a whole adventure now! Everybody is looking and complimenting us, it catches a lot of attention daily. Basically, we started to use our family car less often, we are going anywhere on the bike: from stores to picnics at parks, because not only kids can be the passengers, but also me when my husband is driving. The bike is very spacious, there are no more problems with taking all our staff with us, it can be easily stored inside the cargo box, so we can go a longer distance and have everything we need with us. The bike is also very reliable, the battery lasts us very long, it is very easy to steer, the brakes are really powerful and the bike itself is stable. Simply, in love with the bike! Our family is very happy to have it during the quarantine, we are not tied to our car anymore, it made our lives, for sure, more interesting! The bike just gives you an idea of the “family riding” but in reality, there are a bunch of many ideas for realization, you can do anything you want with it and use it in every possible way. We got our Ferla Bike delivered at the beginning of September - just on time for my daughter’s birthday - and WE ARE SO IN LOVE with it! We were told that we’re the first ones to receive a brand new Royce Edition bike with the side-door. It really does open like a door in Rolls Royce. Our first ride was in Santa Monica, and you can’t imagine how much attention my daughter received there. Lol - she wants to become an actress and she was riding and waving to everyone like a Queen:) She said it was the best present ever. Since then every time we are preparing to go somewhere she asks whether we go by Ferla.
